Arriving in Rarotonga, Cook Islands 10th February 2009

We woke early and the taxi arrived at 5.45 for our trip to the airport. During the journey we found out that the driver was Bob Welsh, a good friend of Jean-Pierre and Chris Raber from the Sunshine Coast. Consequently he gave us a discount on our trip which was such a bonus for the start of our holiday!! I'm married to Steve and have one daughter, Sascha, who is 28 and is married to Brad, and Tim, 29, is my stepson and Amy, 26, is my stepdaughter. We live in Brisbane and I am a Court Reporter. I lived in Wellington, New Zealand when I was 17 for 18 months and Canberra for six years, where Sascha was born. We love travelling and have been cruising around the islands of Hawaii and Fanning Island, Kiribati and stayed at Rarotonga and Aitutaki in the Cook Islands twice.
