It is just under 4 weeks till my trip to Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. I am in the process of making final prepartions including my fitness. In particular, I gave my leg a bit of a try over a two week period and feel it fared quite well. I managed to walk 130km over 10 days, an average of 12km.
