Coal

I had never seen coal that is used in furnaces. When we were walking around the neighborhod we stumbled on this pile of rather large chunks of the stuff. There was some kind of furnace nearby with a fellow shovelling it in for all he was worth. He gave us a big smile and a wave as we went by. I have no idea what the heat he was generating was used for. it certainly wasn't to heat our apartment!

Back from Canada a month ago, where does the time go? Well, for me it is same old, same old.
