So, we have spent the last four days in Laos. Visited a local food market which had some very interesting and disturbing items on sale. Spent two days on a slow boat travelling from Huay Xai to Luang Prabang along the Mekong River, stopping overnight at Pakbeng. Visited a few tribal villages (tried to steal some of the children).
