Beach Palapas attract the locals

The new palapas on the beach are causing a stir here. Residents here in CBRV fear that the locals will party here and have already done so. This photo is evidence of it! But the beach belongs to no one so what can anyone do?

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY TO ALL THE BLOGGERS! Still here and enjoying the weather although it has become a little windy again, but I am not complaining at all.
