Turnstile for dropping off unwanted babies at an orphanage in La Paz

What a concept! If you don't want your baby, you drop it off in the middle of the night, ring the doorbell, and run away. The nuns grab the baby, names her (or him), and takes care of her until she is an adult. Crazy, huh!?!
