Apparently a relatively NZ thing, this is toast covered with bacon and stir fried small fresh tomatoes and greens. I told Paula I'd ask First Watch if they would work on this one.

I'm 75, love to travel, especially to have an opportunity to meet "locals" and get to know more about life in the places I visit. I have learned that it is the little unexpected things that happen in the course of a trip/vacation that often end up as the best memories. I strongly suggest reaching out to "locals" on Trip Advisor and other sites. They are hands down your best source for planning.... full info
