It was sunny again today, so I headed for Congreso de la Nacion. I went down libertad through the plaza Lavalle which is bordered by the teatro Colon, which looked beautiful in pictures, but was under construction and covered by a large cloth so I didn't get any pictures, hopefully it won't last the duration of my trip.
