Day 3 - Lima to Ica Today we got the bus from Lima to the desert oasis Huacachina near Ica. We wake up early Peru time (Nearly lunchtime in the UK as Peru is 5 hours behind) after a good night sleep in our first hostel. RTW Trip 2009

We are leaving on January 27th with our rucksacks and travelling for 6 months, returning on 11th July. Below is our itinerary and we hope to update an Internet Travel Blog and include the web address below if you want to follow us around the world. 27th January - Fly to Lima - Peru We will spend a couple of weeks in Peru staying at a desert retreat and getting a train up Machu Picchu to following the Inca Trail.
