Bus to Cartagena

The bus to Cartagena was a nice one. I had two seats to myself for the supposed 12 hour ride and slept well. Leaving at 10:30pm meant not a lot of scenery in the evening. Medillin is just at the edge of the mountains, so we were soon on flat land, which was a nice relief to me. The morning views were that of prairie, lots of cows grazing and still many farms.
