March 30th 2006 Kia Ora from Franz Josef!
So first impressions of New Zealand? Lots of Sheep (12 sheep to every human), stunning scenery, isolated roads, kiwi slang...'sweet bro', 'yeah bro', 'sweet as', 'sweet'.
Having a great time here now. Left Christchurch early Monday morning to go to Westport. Not a great deal to do in Westport but the drive inbetween made up for it. Saw where bits of Lord of the Ring
