What time will all the people be on Bondi beach?

Today I redid the Bondi to Coogee beach walk without the downpour, which was far more enjoyable. It is a beautiful stretch of coastline past Tamarama, Clovelly and a graveyard. We spotted huge spiders and skinks, but the strangest event was a middle-eastern tourist. Why?
