Yercaud a quaint little hill station at 1500 mts above sea level, on the Shevaroy ranges of Tamil Nadu. Yercaud is around 200kms by road from Bangalore. Its a good urban escape.....and is clean and not much commercialized as yet. It has coffee plantations and is also known for spices.
