Back to the mainland In Ranong on the mainland we had an overnight stay in (seemingly) the cheapest place in town - TV Bar. I had initial reservations as to what "TV" referred to - this being Thailand - but I was assured it was "television" and not "transvestite" when we arrived and found it was, quite literally, a bar full of tellies.
