After we left Coffs Harbour, we went to Newcastle which is just outside where the Hunter Valley starts. On Monday we did a tour of some of the wineries in the Hunter Valley. We got picked up in a minibus at 9am and drove up to the Hunter Valley we toured 3 wineries in the morning and tasted 7 or 8 different wines at each one.
