The harvest from last year

The macadamias have to be hung to dry out after harvest. Once properly dried, they must be stored in something airtight to keep the moisture out. Note: always buy macadamias in airtight bags.

We visited Steve and Natasha again in Tauranga after staying in Napier, Taupo, and Rotorua over a period of about 2 weeks. The weather here is milder than in Wellington. Pat had a wonderful time fishing with Steve in Tauranga this week.
