Nach Nord- und Zetrallaos bin ich nun in Vientiane, der Hauptstadt im "Land der Lotusbluete" oder auch im "Land der 1 Million Elephanten" angekommen. Hier befindet sich das religioese Nationalsymbol von Laos: der That Luang. Der Tempel steht von einer Art “buddhistischem Kreuzgang” umgeben 3 Stockwerke hoch auf einer kleinen Anhoehe.
