Milo Cricket

For 3 - 4 weeks New Zealand cricket employed me to help out with Milo Awareness Cricket. It involved going around schools in the Waikato Valley area teaching 5 - 11 year olds how to play cricket in a very fun way. It was the easiest work I have ever done. After completing uni it is time for me to settle down and start to look for a career. Instead I have decided to pack my bags and travel for 6 months. Flying out on the 29th September 2008 my first call is New Zealand. Here I will be playing and coaching cricket for 6 months for Hinuera CC based in Matamata. My role is simply to coach on a Friday night and play cricket on a Saturday for Hinuera, and then two nights of coaching for a ‘Have a Go Cricket’ Programme called Milo Cricket.
