Well after a massive time in Munich and a long train ride into Prague I was given a frightful scare and thankfully enjoyed some luck on my trip. In my fatigued state whilst boarding the train I put my backpack in one of the cabins before heading to the toilet. I returned to the cabin and enjoyed the rest of the lengthy trip.
