This is a wolf spider - they jump far and move fast, they also bite but are not poisonous.

(Mark 1:17, HCSB) On September 25, 2008 a team of five will be leaving from Waynesboro, Virginia to fulfill God's Great Commission. We will be traveling to a country in Asia to spend 10 days sowing seeds of God's love in a parched land with the hope that they will land on fertile souls.
