Went for a walk to the Chinatown district, lots of ugly apartment blocks, tourist trap shopping markets, but did have amazing street entertainers doing impossible acrobatics and a large Hindu temple. Met an English couple, Mark & Lynn, staying at Sleepy Sams. Later took the MRT subway train then a bus to the Night Safari zoo.
