Fish head curry

Apparently a delicacy but the picture is at least slightly off-putting. Perhaps we will subsitute it for a kebab on the way home one night???

We arrived in Singapore yesterday afternoon after a very quick and easy flight from HK - anything seems quick and easy after a 11 hour flight of being turned upsidedown in turbulence mind you!
