This morning we took a plane from Brisbane to Carins....about a 2 hour plane ride northward. When we first got there we checked into our International Backpackers hostel. We booked a tour for the next day to see the Great Barrier Reef, then we talked to the travel agency lady who told us about a trail we could hike on through the rainforest and up a mountain.
