Well, I'm on my last week with family in the midlands now, having toured a few castles, and seen various relatives. We've been to Hardwick Hall and Chattsworth house (large stately homes), Belvoir Castle, Willersly Castle, and a few days out eating at pubs and driving in the english countryside.
