Crossing the Bequia Channel

6:30am I wake up and decide to go for a jog heading south of my house toward Le Pompe and Paget Farm. Its my first time in that direction and the hills are rough. Going down is not a problem, but uphill is a bear! At one point I begin to DOUBT I will make it home. Le Pompe and Paget Farm look to be the poorer side of the island. Very few vacation homes. Every man comes to a point in his life where he craves an adventure. Some climb Everest, or make a cross country journey, or sail around the world.
