Well.. just got back from the pool... YAY! I swam 700 meters in 30 minutes (might have been a little less) which turns out to be about 4 minutes and 30 seconds per 100 meters. Not too bad for the first time I've been in a pool in a LONG TIME! Mom - You need to get swimming... it takes it out of you!!
