Ancient Burial Grounds - San Agustin July 6th 2008 San Agustin A small town way out in the middle of nowhere. We are here to check out some ancient burial grounds. San Agustin attracted a mysterious group of people who came here to bury their dead (3300 BC). They left behind hundreds of freestanding monumental statues carved in stone next to the tombs of tribal elders.
