The person that sold us the tour was very honest in saying that there could be 20 or so people on it so we were under no illusions, but taking a 2 day package tour (which was pretty cheap) saved us almost a day in time and effort organising it ourselves and besides even if we had, there were still going to be a whole bunch of gringos there!
