Shekinah is a Hebrew word that means "dwelling presence of God." This was the main building, but there are several others for consulting rooms and other tasks.

Friend of Shekhinah
I have been involved with the clinic since it opened, through a White Father,( Fr. Herbert Herrity) who gave the first donation to help establish the clinic. Before his heart surgery in the year 2000 Fr Herbert asked me to continue to support Shekhinah "if anything happened to him" He did not survive the surgery!. what we do , we do through the love of Fr Herbert and through his love for David Abdulai, they were like father and son. May God bless all who work in Shekhinah. You are in our prayers.
