A long and winding road June 16th 2008 I arrived in Luang Nam Tha after what was quite a pleasant bus ride actually. No fancy airconditioned bus, just an old fashioned rattling bus with the windows open, just the way it should be and how I like it.
The ride from Luang Prabang was quite mountainous for the lager part of it. Very spectacular, especially with the rain pounding on the windows for the better part of the day.

After having been back in Inner Mongolia for 2.5 years as an English teacher and a great two month trip in South East Asia late 2014, I am now back in Holland for two months. Early March I will be coming back to China, Nanning in Guangxi this time, to finally start my one year study of the Chines language at Guangxi University.
