I almost forgot to photograph this one because I was so eager to sink my teeth into it. But here it is. A little rice, soft juicy pig meat/fat, crackling, blood sausage, crispy intestines, chili/green beans, and a lovely side of chili sauce to heat things up. I ended up having this 3 separate days I was here. Would have made it 7 of 7 had there not been so much other great food in Ubud.
