I Skated! This is for those (i.e. my mom) who needed proof that I skated last night. I did! I skated for two hours! And I didn't hate it! And I didn't fall! For the first half of 2006, I studied abroad in Northern France. During the school term (five months), I travelled throughout France and to Ireland, Scotland, England, Germany, Belgium and Spain. I then backpacked through more of Spain, Italy on my own for almost three weeks before meeting up with a Contiki group to visit the Greek Islands of Mykonos, Santorini and Ios. Needless to say, this experience has changed my life and started a travel bug that keeps biting every few months!
