Pad Thai Anyone

This is a street vendor. Nothing more than a mobile push cart with a wok and a gas burner beneath. She has piles of noodles, veggies, eggs, and various sauces to mix together for Pad Thai. The 2 minute preparation and 70 cent price tag is hard to pass up. Also, try the spring rolls that are at every pad thai station.
