You can in Panama City. Here is a number of very big-buck stores where, if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it (and I'd have to ask the price!).

I sit in my hostel room listening to the first big rain I've experienced here in Panama City hitting the tin roof. We are, of course, on the edge of the rainy season and I'm actually a little surprised there has been no rain thus far.
