This was my favourite musuem in Sucre. We were given an excellent tour of Sucre's most important building, where the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1825.

A tale of two capitals Ask anyone in Sucre which city is the capital of Bolivia and you'll most likely be told Sucre. Ask the same question in La Paz and they'll tell you it's La Paz.
