Back in Melbourne again, we set up the caravan annexe for Alister’s visit and collected him from the airport. Had a great week in Melbourne - the Moombah festival was on when we arrived so we went down to Southbank on the river Yarra to see the fireworks and wander around the festival sideshows. We travelled around Australia in 2008 in a 4WD and caravan, a wonderful trip over 11 months and 50,000 km! In 2013 we embarked on another adventure, travelling through Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Turkey, Greece, Croatia, then whipped through central Europe to the UK and Ireland, a trip of 6 months. ( still some chapters to write up 2 years on). Not sure what is next..... 2015. What came next was a 3 month trip to the UK, with the main goal being to walk 300 km across England on Wainwrights Coast to Coast route!
