Plane Trip We left Chicago at 0730, landed at SFO at 1015 (PST), checked in at the SFO Int'l terminal for the flight to Shanghai which took off at 1215. Thus began a 12 1/2 hour flight in a full 747, during which we slept, ate two full meals and a snack in between, played cribbage, read, and sat through or slept through the FOUR full-length movies that they showed.
