As soon as i arrived with the superfast and smooth shinkasen train at Sendai city I went immediately to the sendai mediatheque of architect toyo ito. But, this particulair day it was closed, due the yearly cleaning day. I walked around a little bit and around noon i checked in at my hostel, a traditional ryokan.
