Will it become Taizhou's new landmark?

The Wanghai Watch-tower will quickly become a favorate for locals and tourist, once it opens to the public. Opening is scheduled for May, 2008, when the Olympic-Torch will proudly pass through the streets of Taizhou.

It is difficult to imagine, unless one has been a personal witness, how much Taizhou has changed its image and sky-line in only 2 years. That is the time since my first visit to this "mid-size" Chinese-city of 5 million inhabitants.
