In the Bamboo Garden

Sue and I were permitted to walk the park as the only visitors. At this point the park has not been opened to the public. We are first greeted by the newly planted bamboo garden.

It is difficult to imagine, unless one has been a personal witness, how much Taizhou has changed its image and sky-line in only 2 years.
