Me and the Palm Tree

This Japanese couple asked if they could take a picture for me of me in front of the tree, by simply pointing at the tree and saying "you". I don't think they were very confident with the English language, but seemed to do fine.

I arrived in Rotorua on the evening of the 11 Feb 2008 and my accommodation was the Regal Geyserland Hotel which has the Whakarewarewa Thermal Wonderland in its backyard.
