Ah at last my first experience of the Thai gulf islands. Coming in on the Ferry the natural landscape was spectacular, just like the pictures in the guide books i'd been reading whilst in NewZealand. I came to the surprisingly easy decision (whilst watching neighbours on TV actually) to trade in my soul destroying job, move out of my house & pack up my things & leave Londons grey skies, rain soaked crowded streets, and the 9-5 repetitious routine of working 'life' for an unspecified number of years of dodging work erm i mean wandering around the world looking for something different/better? a new perspective and to see what living 'life' was like on the other side of the world.
