January 21st 2008 Wij zijn in Laos!
Op 13 januari zijn we vanuit Chiang Rai met de bus naar de grensovergang gegaan die aan de Mekong rivier lag. Op de ene oever kregen we een stempel als bewijs dat we Thailand verlieten en na een korte boottocht kregen we op de andere oever ons visum voor Laos. Bizar detail: Duitsers betalen 30 US dollar voor een visum, Nederlanders moeten 35 US dollar ophoesten!
