I got up around 8.30 am this morning, i would have prefered to have slept longer, but it seems of recent weeks that i seem to be a really light sleeper and i tend to get up early, so i was still full of cold and took my multi vitamin and puffs from my steroid in haler for my asthma ( i have to take 4 puffs a day) and the alkseltzer cold tabs and after breakfast my malaria pills as i have to start ... read more
