An English Teacher

I was interviewed by these two students for an English school project. I was asked about environmental issues, and also what my favourite Thai food was. As I had only been in Thailand for about half a day at this time I said Pad Thai (the classic Thai dish, no?!) and also mentioned to them that it was very popular in Canada, which they were delighted to hear!

On December 22nd, I departed from my now familiar territory of Fuchucho, Hiroshima into the vast, undiscovered territory of Thailand.
