Hello to all and welcome 2008!!! Hope that everyone enjoyed xmas and had a fab new year. Mine was very..erm...DIFFERENT!! FYI - i did manage to convince Di into having a roast dinner on xmas day but somehow i ended up cooking it with Diane... not very nice stood in a kitchen over boiling veggies when it is 28 degrees!!!
