Hello to all and welcome 2008!!!
Hope that everyone enjoyed xmas and had a fab new year.
Mine was very..erm...DIFFERENT!! FYI - i did manage to convince Di into having a roast dinner on xmas day but somehow i ended up cooking it with Diane... not very nice stood in a kitchen over boiling veggies when it is 28 degrees!!! By the time we got to eat i wasn't hungry anymore!! Anyway all in all it was a good day.
Andy arrived on NYE which was brilliant timing! We celebrated the New Year in at one of Diane's friends...it was a very drunken night... we ended up in the swimming pool (majority of us in the clothes we were wearing!) at 1am!! Very different to the UK NYEs i have experienced!!
Since Andy has arrived we have been very busy (must apologise for the lack of contact!). We have been back to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and also Australia Zoo. We have also been up the sunshine coast and stayed overnight at a place called Noosa-Heads which was LOVELY!!! The beach was to die for...and me and Andy almost did!!! Baby Croc
This is croc we both held! came over us and took us under... i wasn't sure if i would make it back to the surface, i did finally come back up...shame it wasn't such good news for my sunnies!!!! Oh well! 😞
We have got alot more planned...we are heading back up the sunshine coast next week but alot further! Staying for a couple of nights at Hervey Bay then we are flying over to a little island off the Great BArrier REef called Lady Eliott Island for the day which looks FANTASTIC!!
Then after getting over the excitement of that we then go to Sydney for 4 days which again i can't wait for!!!

Well better go now otherwise i won't stop!! 2 weeks to go and so much to see!!!

Hello Im so glad that you got there ok Andy and Alena im glad your out and about doing alot more. I bet it's great being able to do these things together now. Carnt wait to see you, enjoy the last few days and take care. xxx
