"Tepid at best" Water Beach

We stayed in Thames to give us time to visit the Hot Water beaches we'd read so much about and to do a bit of walking and swimming. We walked to a pleasant swimming hole where daring young Kiwi's jump from a small rock and had a short swim, nice. The next day we drove to the Hot Water beach to dig a hole.
