WHat's a bit of rain when you're camping? Tie a tarpaulin between 2 cars, squeeze 11 of us into a space not much bigger than a bath tub, break out the wine, tequila, bacardi, baileys, light up a couple of cigars & you're sweet!
Our last summer in the beautiful Coromandel January 8th 2006 Saying farewell to this beautiful piece of NZ was hard. We know we're going to miss the deserted, white sandy beaches that stretch for miles, the cool, clear, refreshing water & the beautiful days that make up a NZ summer. Can you believe it? Another year gone! Where does the time go?
Brendon loves even numbers - and is thrilled about the idea of 2010. So nice and even and balanced. Anyone think perhaps he should be an accountant.....
Anyway, the past few years have really been living the dream for us. It's hard to imagine that anything could beat them. But with Cuba, Turkey and a trip on the Trans Siberian / Trans Mongolian Express from Beijing right the way up to St Petersberg all being in our shortlist, it might just be the best yet.
