Christmas in Malawi (Monday 24th Dec - present) My christmas in Malawi - 8pm Christmas Eve - 4am Christmas Day - Venice Beach, Malawi (yes, you heard me right!). Hi I am a 28 year old female from Scotland. Having lived and worked in the States for the past 5 or 6 years, I am preparing to embark on a 9-month trip to East Africa. I will be volunteering in 3 different countries, for 3 months in each. In Tanzania - at Sharom Orphan Centre. In Uganda - on an Outreach-to-children program.
